In larche1976 Public Battle (ID:38144-37834).
Initially pemanico ignored my offer, but after being attacked and lost some battles, he accepted peace. With my peace, he eliminated larche1976 but after that he was silient again, not to release Shanghai to me, don't even reply to me after repeated requests. Then now he invaded me, breaking the deal he agreed to.
I propose people to do the same to him.
The following text in quoted from the message archive, the message is long so I truncated unrelated terms.

OK , make peace.

NAP with your cancellation term of 2 turn notice, but not to cancel before 2020
...
In exchange, you give me Yunnan next turn, and if you eliminate larche, give me his capital.
Not commenting on Pemanico's actions (and, I note, you've not included his wording re. acceptance), but I'd never accept terms like that. Of course, once accepted then they're just that, but still . . .
Was Shanghai Larche's capital?

OK, make peace.
It's the reply to my later message remind him that my offer in 2008 is still intact (I didn't CC that msg to myself so I don't have a copy, because there's no content, it's just a remind of a previous offer)
By the time he said "OK" to my offer, I took Yunnan by myself, and was preparing to attack Thailand, which he couldn't defend.
Immediately after he said "OK" in 2011, I left bordering territories all empty to go fight j35t5r, but he didn't invade them until this turn (2015). After taking larche1976, he is almost two times richer than me, and he has no ongoing war while I am busy fighting j35t3r, but he didn't take empty territories because he known he had a binding treaty.
Yes, Shanghai was larche1976's capital.
Oh yes, the terms were not good, so he ignored it initially, but after he lost Yunnan and my tanks and 5 aircrafts approached the border, there is no other choice.
This game is a hard game to me, I started with very low income, and completely surrounded by 4 players.

Yeah, I had a similar experience. on the 10 human epic world, I had my capital at java and started with half the pacific islands, kdlover was at japan and had the other half and thailand. Permanico (whom I had a truce with) was at hunan and controlled that area. I proceeded to annihilate kdlover, taking all his islands and blockading japan. I then took over thailand from kdlover (Permanico had ignored it completely), Next turn I withdraw all but one troop from thailand to start prepping my invasion of japan.
The very turn after that, Permanico invaded thailand, but failed to take it over. I messaged him asking him what the hell he was doing, but he never responded. He kept attacking it and conquered it the next turn.
Sorry, drunk and stupid so I didn't see that his "Make peace" was after you mailed your terms! And, having seen the map, those terms weren't especially bad either.
So, blatant truce violation.
I added permanico to my block list long ago. The last time we played he was silent, missed too many turns and it would have been a better game without him.
